Ten Fabulous Days in Morocco

My husband and I just returned from ten wonderful days in Morocco. After much research and so many choices, we booked a private tour with Moroccan Family Tours. That was a great decision! The planning went very smoothly, and Salem was very responsive to my many emails. He was the ultimate guide! He was completely dependable, fun, warm, smart, interesting, and very intuitive. We are an older couple and wanted a bit of flexibility. There was never a problem changing course or taking a break. We felt cared for the entire time. The riads and hotels he chose were top notch and beautiful. His family camp/location in the desert was breathtaking. He’s also a fantastic chef and made us a delicious dinner to enjoy under the stars. It was a very memorable experience. I cannot recommend Moroccan Family Tours highly enough if you want a seamless and wonderful experience in Morocco.

Excellent Experience!

We had a wonderful experience with The Moroccan Family during our recent trip to Morocco.
Every detail was well looked after from transportation to hotel stay to our wonderful camp site in the desert.
I cannot recommend this travel agency enough!
The treatment was first class and the experience will be unforgettable.
Looking forward to booking a revisit with them real soon.

Amazing experience in the desert

Salem and his brother Moha were kind, generous hosts. The desert camp itself is gorgeous, and very well designed. My friend and I stayed in the Indigo tent, which was decorated to celebrate the indigo the Amazigh people use for sun and insect protection. Salem greeted us with mint tea and told us about his family and the desert and we enjoyed sitting together and talking. For dinner, Salem- who is a chef- cooked us an amazing meal! We were able to ride camels near the camp too.
The trip out to the desert involved a lot of driving through the Atlas Mountains. We stayed at an amazing hotel on the way out to the desert and saw many cool sites along the way.
I wholeheartedly recommend this experience and suggest you stay at least two nights out at the camp. We only stayed one night and we were sad we couldn’t stay longer.
